Refund & Return Policy – The X Note

1. Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is leaking or defective upon arrival

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing video and product images may be required for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Change of mind after purchase

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Replacement

Where applicable, replacement products may be offered instead of refunds.
